Eco Abrolhos

The Eco Abrolhos is a 35 metre catamaran which can accommodate 32 passengers in 17 rooms, all of which have ensuites.

Eco Abrolhos only offer 13 night expedition cruises, of which there are 8 for the season – 4 Broome to Darwin and 4 Darwin to Broome. The experienced Australian crew pride themselves on showing each and every guest a complete cross section of all the Kimberley has to offer.
The cruises start and finish on the spring tide (new and full moon) to give Guests the maximum “wow” factor at critical tidal areas like Montgomery Reef, The Horizontal Falls and The King George & Berkeley Rivers – all of which are at the start or end of the expedition.
The neap tides in the centre of the trip allow for better fishing and longer stops at the tide dependant swimming holes and shore-based hikes. With 11m tides in The Kimberley, this forward planning is a very important aspect of the Eco Abrolhos itinerary.

With their 4 custom built hi-powered tenders seating 8 guests each, the tours are in comfort and can be varied from tender to tender if required. The forward folding front stairs make boarding easy for any level of mobility.

Fishing is available and there are options for both trolling and bottom fishing for quality table fish that are prepared for you by our experienced chef.

With guided Indigenous rock art tours, scenic gorge and waterfall experiences, bird watching, treks, freshwater swimming holes, incredible sunrises and sunsets, 2 optional helicopter flights and a complimentary fast boat ride through The Horizontal Falls, The Eco Abrolhos’s 13 night cruise certainly covers all the Kimberley has to offer by boat.

Your Kimberley Cruise is truly something you will never forget and we would love to have you aboard to show you why we love this area so much.
