Day 1: Welcome to Uluru (Ayers Rock) – Uluru Base Tour & Sunset
On arrival at Ayers Rock Airport you will be transferred to the resort (flights to arrive prior to 1.30pm).
This afternoon travel around the base of Uluru in comfort as your Driver Guide provides commentary about the numerous sacred sites and features to be found at Uluru. Continue by coach to the Kuniya Walk where your Driver Guide will escort you to the beautiful Mutitjulu Waterhole. Later visit the Uluru – Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre. In the late afternoon witness the striking colour changes of Uluru at sunset while enjoying nibbles and sparkling wine.

Day 2: Uluru Sunrise – Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) – Kings Canyon
Rise early to travel to the Uluru sunrise viewing area to watch the first rays of the sun set the Red Centre alight. Then travel to the mystical domes of Kata Tjuta. On the way enjoy panoramic views of the southern side of Kata Tjuta before arriving at the base of Walpa Gorge. Spend some time exploring the gorge and the unusual conglomerate rock formations.
In the early afternoon travel to Kings Canyon.

Day 3: Kings Canyon – Alice Springs
This morning join a guided climb to the rim of Kings Canyon for marvellous views of Watarrka National Park. The hike is recommended for those with a good level of fitness. Or, you may wish to take an easier, shorter walk to explore the boulder strewn canyon creek bed. Travel through beautiful desert landscapes on your way to Alice Springs.

Day 4: Alice Springs
Rise early for your transfer to the Alice Springs Desert Park. You’ll have free time to explore the park at leisure. This afternoon tour 'The Alice', including a visit to the historic Telegraph Station. Visit the Royal Flying Doctor Service and the School of the Air.
Day 5: Farewell from Alice Springs
Your short break concludes this morning. You’ll be transferred to Alice Springs Airport for your onward flight (flights anytime).

Low to moderate level of fitness required:
- Uluru: Low level of fitness required. Approximately 1 hour gentle walk on flat ground.
- Kata Tjuta: Moderate level of fitness required. Walking on uneven surface required to complete Walpa Gorge walk, however, guests can return to the coach at any time if needed.
- Kings Canyon: Good level of fitness required for three hour walk around the canyon’s rim. Or low to moderate level of fitness required for the canyon floor walk.
